Terms of use fitness “Syrdall Schwemm”

• The use of the fitness area is at your own risk!
• If you feel unwell or are unsure about your state of health, please consult a doctor. You are responsible for your own well-being.
• The area is used without staff or trainers.
• Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness area. (Not even when accompanied by a parent or guardian).
• If the duration of use is exceeded, an additional full entrance fee will be charged.
• The entrance fee includes a stay of 90 minutes including changing and showering. (Turnstile entrance to turnstile exit)
• Admission to the fitness area does not entitle you to use the sauna and swimming pool areas. (Fitness is a separate additional service!)
• It is compulsory to wear clean sports shoes and appropriate sports clothing.
• Place your towel on the equipment or area you are using and clean it afterwards with the disinfectants provided.
• The use of magnesia chalk powder or other adhesion-enhancing powders is not permitted.
• It is not permitted to make phone calls in the training areas.
• It is forbidden to take photos or videos that violate the privacy of the people present.
• Do not drop the equipment on the floor.
• Limit noise of any kind and the volume of your headphones.
• Verbal and physical violence will not be tolerated.
• Harassment and intimate or sexual contact and gestures will not be tolerated.
• Leave the equipment available for others when you are not actively using it.
• A valid access authorization (wristband) must always be visibly displayed when entering and staying in the fitness area.
• The instructions of the staff must be observed and followed.
• Staff are entitled to permanently deny access to persons who violate the general terms and conditions and/or the house rules.
• Only use a device for its intended purpose and switch it off after the exercise or return the devices to the designated place.
• No liability is accepted for valuables.
• For reasons of hygiene, it is not permitted to shave in the shower/changing rooms.
• It cannot be guaranteed that all equipment is always freely accessible and/or usable.
• Mutual consideration is requested.
• Use by private individuals only. No commercial use by personal coaches or external trainers.
